The best way to reach us is by e-mail at info@csc-dortmund.de. Our dedicated team will usually respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. Please understand that it may take a little longer in exceptional cases, as we are currently still working on a purely voluntary basis and are in full-time employment.
You can reach us by phone at +49 231 5869 2824 can be reached. However, due to the current high volume of calls, we are unable to offer fixed office hours. If in doubt, we therefore recommend that you send us an email. This way we can ensure that your request is not lost and is processed promptly.
Prevention and advice
Would you like to take advantage of a consultation? You have several options.
If you would like anonymous advice, click on the "Anonymous online advice" button and you will be redirected to our encrypted advice portal. Here you can talk to one of our prevention officers without giving your name and you will receive a prompt reply.
If you prefer a personal conversation in a confidential atmosphere, simply make an appointment with us. Write us an e-mail to praevention@csc-dortmund.de or give us a call. We're sure to find a suitable time for a discreet meeting.

Please note that visits to our address are only possible by prior appointment. Our clubhouse is not open to the public, but is reserved exclusively for invited guests. If you would like to make an appointment, simply send us an e-mail.

Are you a journalist and would like to report on our association? We are available for interviews, background discussions and statements. Please contact us by e-mail at presse@csc-dortmund.de.
We ask for your understanding that, in order to protect the privacy of our members, we do not allow any photo, video or sound recordings to be made on our club premises. However, we will be happy to provide you with image material or arrange an alternative filming location.
