Important information 🚨
Cannabis has been legal in Germany since April 1, 2024 Since July 1, 2024, associations or cooperatives may apply for a permit as a cultivation association for the cultivation and distribution of cannabis for personal consumption for members. We have submitted such an application directly to the Arnsberg district government.
On November 25, 2024, we became Dortmund's first state-licensed growers' association - a milestone we are proud of.

With the approval of the Arnsberg district government, we will start growing cannabis on January 1, 2025. Our aim is to grow high-quality cannabis collectively - naturally in accordance with the legal requirements and exclusively for our members' own use. In this way, we are creating a safe, controlled and responsible environment for cannabis users.
Our work is based on the following pillars Education, information, youth protection and prevention. We are committed to promoting a respectful cannabis culture and offering our members a safe space for a conscious approach to cannabis.

What is the status of your planning? 🤔
We are currently in the preparation phase: we are setting up our production facility, planning the necessary safety measures and taking care of the final regulatory requirements.
The first distribution of cannabis to our members is planned for April 2025. This deliberately chosen preparation time enables us to carefully design all processes and ensure the highest standards in the areas of quality, safety and prevention.
What does this mean? 🤷🏻♂️
As a member of our association, you are part of a pioneering project. Your contribution enables us to realize our vision of a safe and responsible farming community. We greatly appreciate your patience and commitment and look forward to walking this special path with you.
In the meantime, you can register on our waiting list without obligation. We will contact you as soon as we can accept new members.
Membership fees 💸
The one-off admission fee is EUR 350 and serves as important start-up funding for our project. As soon as the association generates significant profits (which we are not allowed to do by law anyway), we plan to partially refund the admission fees already paid and permanently reduce them for new members.
All profits will be reinvested in the association so that we can take on even more members in the medium term. Membership fees will also become significantly cheaper over time once all the necessary investment costs have been incurred. The monthly membership fee is currently EUR 25 and helps us to cover our running costs.
Get to know each other 💬
To ensure that all members share our values and goals, we have established an admission process. It is important to us to get to know each potential new member personally and learn more about their individual motivation to become part of our club. This introductory meeting is a crucial step in the process to see if there is a fit on a human level, as we want to be a respectful and responsible community.
